Program DescriptionsCLASS DIFFICULTY: 1 - Easy 2 - Moderate 3 - Challenging
Cardio Mix (2-3) - Cardio with a twist. Enjoy a variety of music, sport moves and dance styles in this "all cardio" fat burner class. 60 minutes (1-3).
Step Conditioning (2-3) - Using the Step and occassionaly, a variety of equipment you will experience the ultimate in cardio & interval training. Sports moves, choreography and maximum sweat!!
Olympic Spinning (3) - Utilizing indoor bikes, this class will take you to a whole new fitness level. Max 14 per class.
Core Class (2-3) - A 30 minute class that focuses on the muscles of the core.
LiveWell Sculpt (1-3) - Utilizing a variety of equipment, create strong, lean muscles with 'supersets' in this full body conditioning class.
Muscle Pump (2-3) - This muscular endurance workout will challenge your muscles to the max!
Cardio Sculpt (1-3) - A total workout including low impact cardio, muscle conditioning with free weights, floor work and stretch/relaxation.
Circuit Training - This is a terrific introduction to what weight training will do for your body. An easy cardio followed by a Keiser Circuit class.
Spin & Core (2-3) - 30 minutes of each for an intense morning workout!
Spin & Sculpt ( 2-3) - This high intensity combo class will start your day right. Spin and sculpt your body all in 1 hour.
Total Body Workout (2-3) - Burn fat and strengthen your entire body in this no nonsense action packed class. Easy to follow cardio segments are blended with strength training to provide a total body conditioning effect
Kickbox Bootcamp (3) - A cardio Kickbox class taught “Bootcamp” Style. Prepare to sweat!
ZUMBA - Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!! (2-3) The latin and international dance/fitness class that is taking America by storm. 10 class punch pass or single drop in available to non-members
ZUMBA Fitness Party (2-3) - Double the instructors, double the fun!
ZUMBA Gold (1-3) - Zumba, but a more basic version for beginners & 60+ years
Mind - Body
Hatha Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa Yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
Gentle Candlelight Yoga - A beautiful class to end your day and distress your body. Enjoy mediation and candlelight with Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga - Over 500 years old, Hatha Yoga is an ancient eastern discipline that develops strength, endurance, flexibility and balance
