Program DescriptionsCLASS DIFFICULTY: 1 - Easy 2 - Moderate 3 - ChallengingGroup CardioCardio Mix (2-3) - Cardio with a twist. Enjoy a variety of music, sport moves and dance styles in this "all cardio" fat burner class. 60 minutes (1-3) Cardio 30 - Perfect for after work. This short 30 minute low impact all cardio class will burn up some calories plus the days stress. Combine with Sculpt 30 for a full body workout and stretch. Step Challenge (2-3) - Choreography, sport and power moves on the step for a maximum cardio workout Olympic Spinning (3) - Utilizing indoor bikes, this class will take you to a whole new fitness level. Max 14 per class Group StrengthCore Class (2-3) - A 30 minute class that focuses on the muscles of the core LiveWell Sculpt (1-3) - Utilizing a variety of equipment, create strong, lean muscles with 'supersets' in this full body conditioning class Muscle Pump (2-3) - This muscular endurance workout will challenge your muscles to the max! Group ComboSpin & Sculpt ( 2-3) - This high intensity combo class will start your day right. Spin and sculpt your body all in 1 hour Cardio Sculpt (1-3) - A total workout including low impact cardio, muscle conditioning with free weights, floor work and stretch/relaxation Nice & Easy Xpress Circuit (1-2) - This is a terrific introduction to what weight training will do for your body. An easy cardio followed by a Keiser Circuit class Sculpt 30 - Workout and stretch all your major muscle groups, all in half an hour. Spin & Core (2-3) - 30 minutes of each for an intense morning workout! Step Conditioning - Using the Step and a variety of equipment you will experience the ultimate in total body cross training. Minimal choreography and maximum sweat!! (2-3) Total Body Workout (2-3) - Burn fat and strengthen your entire body in this no nonsense action packed class. Easy to follow cardio segments are blended with strength training to provide a total body conditioning effect Dance FitnessZUMBA - Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!! (2-3) The latin and international dance/fitness class that is taking America by storm. 10 class punch pass or single drop in available to non-members ZUMBA Fitness Party (2-3) - Double the instructors, double the fun! ZUMBA Gold (1-3) - Zumba, but a more basic version for beginners & 60+ years Mind - BodyAshtanga Vinyasa Yoga - Move through a variety of poses (asanas) which are slow, fluid and mindful. Release your tension and stress as you improve your circulation Gentle Yoga - A beautiful class to end your day and distress your body. Enjoy mediation and candlelight with Hatha Yoga.
